About the Role
As an SAP Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities across Europe. This remote role offers the flexibility to be based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Nordics, Belgium, or other European locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Focus: Achieving an impactful £2 million sales target, covering the full SAP portfolio, including Financials, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and more.
- Opportunity Development: Selling SAP solutions with varying sales cycles, ranging from 3–6 months for smaller companies to 18 months for larger enterprise deals.
- Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, conducting in-person meetings as necessary.
- Collaborative Delivery: Partnering with a 70-person delivery team based to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- SAP Expertise: Proven experience selling SAP solutions, not just in Financials but also in Warehousing, Manufacturing, and other modules.
- Hunter Mentality: A driven and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development and closing deals.
- Strong Network: The ability to navigate both public and private sector landscapes effectively.
- Flexible Approach: Comfort working remotely with a willingness to travel to clients when required.
