A fluent German speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) is required by a global and growing Software company to sell User Licenses throughout the DACH region to SMB’s and international companies. This is a sales role based in Munich. Training will be provided and there are realistic prospects to move into Channel Sales. The fixed salary is up to €35k plus a realistic €10-20k commission.
Role
This is an Inside Sales role with a mix of 30% inbound and 70% outbound activities where you will utilise various communication channels to build relationships with C-Level decision makers and sell User Licenses.
Background & Skills Desired
Fluency in German (written and oral)
A background in sales is preferred, but must possess a desire to build a career in sales as there are chances of progression into Channel Sales
Must be happy to make cold and warms calls, and communicate using Social Media platforms
Previous experience in Software Sales, Hardware Sales, or IT Sales in general is advantageous
Must be target-driven, and possess the ability to work under pressure and use one’s initiative
